At The Crystal Emporium North East, we take great care in selecting and packing every crystal and gemstone. As a small independent business, your support means the world to us, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. As each crystal is a unique natural product, slight variations in colour, size, and appearance are not considered faults.

How to Return Please contact us at [your email address] before sending anything back, so we can guide you through the process. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. We are a small independent business and genuinely appreciate your patience during this process.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will do our best to resolve this quickly with a replacement or full refund, including return postage.

Non-Returnable Items Reduced and sale items as non returnable or refundable.

EU Customers In line with EU Consumer Rights legislation, EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
