These terms of service apply to all purchases made through the-crystal-emporium-north-east.myshopify.com, operated by Suzanne Cook trading as The Crystal Emporium North East, 78 Front Street, The Land of Green Ginger, Tynemouth, NE30 4BP, United Kingdom.

1. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Standard UK shipping is £4.99, with free shipping on orders over £50. For large or heavy items, postage costs will be calculated and confirmed separately before dispatch. International shipping rates apply for EU and worldwide orders.

4. Returns & Refunds EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To initiate a return, please contact us at thecrystalemporiumnortheast@gmail.com. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

5. Product Descriptions We make every effort to describe and photograph our crystals and gemstones accurately. Please note that as natural products, each crystal is unique and may vary slightly from images shown.

6. Liability Our crystals are sold for enjoyment and decorative purposes. We make no medical or therapeutic claims. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
